Hello Hunters! Vincent here. I want to share a fun side-project the Swyg team has been working on. It’s called NextHop, a simple app to help anyone better understand if it’s time for a new job 🦘. Over the last few years, the folks here at Swyg have spoken to hundreds of candidates and hiring managers and two things came up over and over again. 1️⃣ Hiring companies have hard time finding niche candidates that have the required skills AND are actually open to a new job. 2️⃣ Candidates don’t know where they stand and how they compare to others. It's a very handy tool have and can be valuable if the accuracy can be improved.
