Hello Product Hunt! 👋🏼 Curtis here - I'm the CEO & Co-Founder at MyDesigns. I'm excited to launch MyDesigns and share it with you. 🚀 MyDesigns makes it easy for creators to sell their art as a variety of products A story on how MyDesigns came to be: I've been involved in the Print on Demand space for over 7 years now selling products (t-shirts & clothing primarily) on Merch by Amazon, Etsy, RedBubble, TeePublic, ect. Early on, my team and I developed a product & keyword research tool for Merch by Amazon. After some time, we saw a big need for automating design uploads to multiple Print on Demand marketplaces as it was very time consuming, thus we developed Merch Titans Automation which enabled users to create a spreadsheet, link their design files, and upload and publish them as products to multiple POD marketplaces in parallel - It was a hit, and it saved our users a ton of time. Moving forward... I had the idea for MyDesigns in my head for over a year before we finally started developing it: A cloud-based digital asset management system that would enable automation of all time-consuming processes and make it easy to manage your entire Print on Demand (or digital products) business from 1 central hub, expand your possibilities, and give you the tools you need to succeed. MyDesigns has been in development for 2 and a half years now - it enables our users to do the following in BULK: 🚀 Upload & store designs in the Cloud 🚀 Create collections & apply templates 🚀 Generate high quality product mockups 🚀 Generate tags 🚀 Edit & filter data 🚀 Publish your designs as Print on Demand products to Etsy 🚀 Publish your designs as digital products to Etsy 🚀 Automated Order Fulfillment (multiple print fulfillment providers) 🚀 Upload your own PSD files with smart objects and use them in bulk in MyDesigns (mockups, print-ready files, and more). 🚀 Sell multiple products on 1 listing in Etsy (coming soon) 🚀 Sell T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and more 🚀 Sell Kiss-Cut, Die-Cut, and Sticker Sheets (coming soon) 🚀 Sell digital products on Etsy (automates file conversions, .zipping, storing files, and delivery of product) 🚀 and so much more... MyDesigns automates the majority of time-consuming processes around creating and selling products thus enabling creators to spend more time doing what they do best: creating. MyDesigns has everything a designer could want, but the real game-changer for me is the bulk listing and management capability. Setting up a single template for product listings has revolutionized my process, making it easy to apply changes across multiple listings at once. No more tedious, one at a time edits! The bulk graphic design output is also incredibly effective, adding to the software’s streamlined feel. On top of that, the customer service team is fantastic. They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you maximize every feature.

I signed up with MyDesigns on August 6, 2023, and purchased a year of their Pro services. On November 25, 2023, the MyDesigns company ran a promotion for a Pro Plus plan that I purchased with the understanding that my previous purchase of the Pro plan would be refunded to me on prorated terms, as promised by the owner of MyDesigns, Curtis Blackmore, in one of the community board messages. However, the prorated refund was never issued. I wrote a message to the company asking them to look into it, but I never got any reply. After trying out the upgraded services for several hours, I realized they were not meeting my expectations (it was laggy and frustratingly slow), and I canceled the service on the same day, November 25, 2023, from my account page. However, instead of a refund, the note on my account stated that my cancellation was pending for a year from the day of purchase. I wrote a message to the MyDesigns company using their refund form, explaining that I was unsatisfied with the service and would like to cancel it and ask for a refund. I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment. I didn't get a refund either. According to the MyDesigns refund policies posted on the company’s website, if I am not satisfied with the service for any reason, I can get a refund within seven days of making a purchase. I requested the refund on the same day I made a purchase. I contacted the company via the contact form as suggested on their website. I contacted the company through the community message board. I didn’t get any response. It seems to me that MyDesigns avoids any communication while deceiving their customers. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.
