As a developer, I spend 8 hours a day in front of my desk. I started to have back pain and needed someone to remind me to take a break.
Break reminder app already existed, but no app actually took you by the hand and guided through some stretching exercises.
That's why I build Motion Minute.
@tonyabracadabra that is a good idea. How often would you like to have it popup. I guess it should be on a different time schedule than the other exercises.
@felix_eckhardt Since I took just 3-5 min quick meditation (which I still forget all the time) to recover energy, so I think it can be appended to your existing session as an additional perk!
Nice App. Was looking for something like a reminder because I sit at the deck all day. Its pretty simple and has a clean layout. Will continue to use it. Some stats would be nice to keep me motivated.
I was looking for an app to help me take breaks at my desk, and Motion Minute has been great for that. It reminds me to pause and relax, especially helping with shoulder tension. And I don't need to look on my smartphone anymore ...
