This is one of those ideas that just makes sense, and it's awesome to see innovation to help people save more money and take advantage of employer 401k matching!

@nbashaw Woah. I was sketched out at first glance but this is pretty smart if I'm reading it right: "as low as a 6% share" *of the employer match* in exchange for the capital up front is a really aligned business model.

@nbashaw @shloky Yep! We keep it pretty simple. No hidden fees, and we only earn if we actually help our users earn!

http://lendtable.com co-founders, Mitchell and Sheridan here. We started Lendtable because we've seen all too often how difficult it can be to save money for retirement. Growing up in low-income black households, we witnessed first-hand how our parents had to give up thousands in free money from their employer every year so they could pay bills. Lendtable's mission is to unlock value, by giving everyone access to their full 401(k) match and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). We get you the free cash you deserve! Here are just a few types of customers we serve today: 1. Those who have never contributed to their 401(k) 2. Those who have to decide between contributing to their 401(k) or paying off debt 3. Those who can afford to contribute but don't want to have their money locked up. If we can help you, or someone you know, get started at http://lendtable.com. We'd love to hear from you! Hit us up with any feedback and/or questions. We care deeply about our user experience and are always looking for ways to improve.
