Interesting concept, thanks for making this. TBH, as an early-stage startup, Google Docs / Dropbox works good enough for a data room and I haven't found anyone who has any issues with it so far. Curious to hear your thoughts on whether this is a pain killer or a vitamin to existing approaches (i.e. GDocs / Dropbox / DocSend / etc)

Yes, you are right that the current platform are good for the early-stage, but if we are talking about the startups with the specific patents, developments, intellectual property that need to be protected, then the option with additional protection is fine for them. But yes, startups are not the main our target audience, mostly we can help enterprises with the big document flow.
