Kaizen App

Hey Guys, I'm Joe the CEO & Co-Founder of Kaizen. For the majority of us personal training is unaffordable, and our goal is to change that. We're a marketplace that allows personal trainers to create training guides for you to download through the app. Unlike other fitness apps all of our content is created by real personal trainers and not a computer algorithm. I've used this app now for a few weeks, and I have to say, not only does it guide me through my workout, but the UX is by far the best of any fitness app out there! With constant addition of content and UX/UI improvements, I can't wait for the next few updates! Kaizen up people 💪
