@ricardo_luz the limiting editing capabilities hopefully help with entering the correct flow. I've seen it work for myself, and hopefully, it does the same for others. The goal is to focus on what's in front of you and not what you left behind.
@guilherme_campos Do you think this could help even the ones who doesn't ever wrote anything before? People like me that never did journalingin a lifetime?

@ricardo_luz I'm sure it can. The thing about journaling is that you only need to write. The problem is that most people have trouble focusing. So tools like this one sure can make a difference.
