So this is like a pre interview to find out about the candidate's skills? Not really an ice breaker. I thought you had some kind of topics for conversation or something lined up to use.
@cemedericarak No its not a skill test - there are no right or wrong answers. It's designed to ask open-ended questions (like what would you do if your GPS wasn't working or if you won a million dollars, etc.) We've a set of a few questions in there - give it a shot. If you like to see different types, send me some feedback. I'm looking for ideas for the next version.
