Hey Andrew, I'm particularly interested in the CARE feature. Could you elaborate on what types of emergencies it covers and how quickly assistance is typically provided? How does the TruelyeSim work across different countries? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin The CARE feature includes: ⦾ Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation • Coverage for crisis evacuation costs in the event of political instability, conflict, natural catastrophes, or pandemics. ⦾ Political Evacuation • Coverage of crisis evacuation costs if there is an increase in political instability in the country of assignment, including costs for additional security, travel, and relocation. ⦾ Conflict Evacuation • Coverage for crisis evacuation in case of conflict, terrorism, strikes, riots, or civil commotion that places the insured person in physical danger. ⦾ Natural Catastrophe Evacuation • Coverage for crisis evacuation costs due to natural catastrophes such as floods, tsunamis, fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, or other natural catastrophe event. ⦾ Accommodation and Subsistence Expenses • Coverage for the costs of accommodation and essential subsistence (including food, clothing and necessary toiletries) following a crisis evacuation, up to USD 10,000 per day per insured person for a maximum of thirty days. ⦾ Additional Costs Coverage • Coverage for additional reasonable costs incurred for specialist advice, additional security, travel costs, relocation assessment expenses, and relocation expenses.
