Didn't have much experience with 3d modeling for a project I was working on a few months ago so I thought it'd be nice to have a copilot for what I was working on. Creating characters/structures for gaming is a big one, we've had a lot of interest from virtual effects/motion graphics studios for film animations, and I could see this used by architects for quick visualization of structures in 3d. Someone also told me of an interesting use case with drones where you can take images of objects with a drone and 3d print what you get as an output
