We were frustrated with the paper based processes that still dominated doctor's offices, especially small ones, and wanted to create a platform that made it easy for healthcare providers create a transparent and digital experience for patients, even with all the complexities of the US health insurance system.

@blake0walker is this for over the counter payments and mailing balances as well?

@warrenalfred @blake0walker We handle payments in the office and notification of balances and payment after your insurance has been processed. Our goal is to ultimately rid healthcare of paper bills, but that is a multi-year process.

@blake0walker does it integrate into other EMR softwares such as cerner, Athena, etc?

@warrenalfred @blake0walker We're building relationships with some of the major vendors now, and have relationships with several small ones. We also can provide one-off integrations with any platform for large accounts. The role of the EMR in the market is fairly complex when you're dealing with the practice management workflow. The key for a company like our's is to align ourselves with particular EMRs and build the critical mass necessary to force others to work with us.
