The founder is one of the best talent people in the UK (or even the world), so he understands what both sides want. More importantly, they understand what is right and wrong from a candidate perspective, so they are aiming to make the whole experience much better from a candidate perspective.
Pros:More transparent than pretty much every other recruitment website.
