Built on top of Intercom's awesome new app platform, you can now let your customers interact with HelpDocs content inside your app with just a few clicks. 🎉 Right now you can: • Show a widget inside the Intercom Messenger to let customers search your HelpDocs knowledge base. Clicking an article in the results will... • ...show a short version you wrote of that article with exactly the info customers need (saving them having to read a whole help article)... • ...unless they want to, in which case the article will also appear right in the messenger... • ...in any language you can write. You'll need both a HelpDocs *and* an Intercom account to check this out, but I promise it's worth it. We have big plans going forwards to make this even more helpful for our customers.
