I could not use the application because I do not live in America, so I do not have America telephone number I live in Turkey.

@ugur2nd hey ugur - this shouldn't be a problem, I'm in the Netherlands myself! You should be able to delete the country code and replace it with Turkey's country code & then all should work.

@garm Bunu bilmiyordum ve dediğini yaptım. Sonra şu gözlemlerim oldu. I am using Android 8 and the application's feedback button is not visible. I don't know if my phone number is being registered. If it is recording, is there a delete button? Because I did not see an account deletion button. The application felt a bit complicated in general. I'm officially lost in it. The reason I tried this application was that I understood the application as follows. Can you confirm that I got it right? It reminds me of the actions I need to take to keep in touch with the people I am in contact with. For example, I met Jack. Text Jack on Tuesday. ask how it is. Or Jack was sick, ask me if he was healed. application that gives the notification. If so, I can use this application. If not, I won't use it. :D Finally, I think the design needs some work. :)

@ugur2nd Hey Ugur - we do register your phone number, but do not record your behavior. Your assessment of what the application does is not exactly right - it won't give you direct reminders to get in touch again with people you're already actively chatting to. Rather passive suggestions to get in touch with people you haven't spoken to in a long time. If you like I can delete your account manually - can you send an email with your phone number to garm@gethelden.com?

Thanks for hunting @chrismessina ! I created Helden as a Corona side-project to ease my feeling of knowing a whole lot of people you think are great, but somehow you don’t get to spend time together. Not because you’re shy, but just because you got to know that person in a non let’s-hang-out context. Think ex-colleagues you wish you could work with again or that friend of a friend you'd love to start a band with someday. Helden helps me swipe through all the contacts in my phone's contacts, to find the forgotten heroes hiding in my contacts. I've added some small nudges to suggest you to actually reach out to these people as well. Very curious to hear what you think Product Hunt!
