@masump Hey Masum, Gym Hero is fully integrated with Apple Health. This means that HRV, sleep, and other data are specific to each user. Gym Hero simply uses an algorithm to compare these values with past trends and present a single, easy-to-read metric.

Right now, AI-generated workouts still rely on OpenAI. It’s the last thing I plan to migrate because it provides more variety and accuracy compared to a 1B/3B parameter model.
The process is pretty straightforward—you fill out a short questionnaire with a few questions, and the prompt is optimized to generate a workout routine that aligns with a set of parameters created alongside a certified personal trainer.
