ok, 1. wow how has this not existed until now. great job. 2. what is the price/ business model 3. this is a great way to interact with form questions, but not all users will want to engage a web chat, any plans on making a non chat implmentation?

1. To be honest we are not the first. We have made the whole process happen in one-click with the add-on
2. The add-on is free to use for everyone. The bots get created inside Collect.chat. If you are collecting more than 50 responses a month via the bot, then you may need to think taking a paid plan of Collect.chat. Otherwise it's all free!
3. Google form asks the questions in a form manner, whereas the chatbots interacts with users in a conversational manner. We would love to know what's the non-chat implementation you have in mind.
