Hi everyone! Dmytro and Peter here 👋 We started as interviewing platform but after a year and multiple iterations, we realised that the only feature people used was the interview scorecards. So we’ve decided to create a separate product that allows users to create scorecard templates, perform assessments and share scorecard reports. That’s how GetScorecard was born! We tried to make it as generic as possible so it can be used for assessing not just candidates but also employee performance, risks, vendors and more. Here are the main features of GetScorecard: 📚 Templates Library Get started quickly by using one of the existing scorecard templates from the library. You can also contribute your own template to the library! 🏗️ Scorecard Builder Collaborate with your team to build scorecard templates where you can define questions and their weights. ⚙️ Autosaved ratings Don’t lose your ratings while assessing. The application automatically saves your data to the cloud as you go. 📝 Sharable reports Share scorecard reports with your team as well as externally.
