Hmm how does this stack up to Typeform Jack? Wasn't really impressed after 5 minutes...is it mobile friendly?

@nicholassheriff typeform is legit. Main difference here is that typeform is a hosted solution (i.e. All the forms are hosted on their site), whereas this generates code that you can use on your own website.
