Figtree is a geometric sans serif font walking the line between simplicity and friendliness. It is minimalist but not stiff, casual but not silly.

Figtree is my way of giving back to the design community. I've benefitted tremendously from free fonts over the years, and I'm happy to produce one that others can in turn use. After noticing that Montserrat was super overused, Circular was super expensive, and Gotham was super overused AND super common, I decided to create a free alternative in that genre – clean-yet-friendly geometric sans serifs. Ask me anything – happy to talk about process, craft, usage recommendations, etc.

Excited to try it out! Pleasantly surprised by the alternate "a" option. The additional features for fractions and monospace are great too. Nice work!
