Hi Alexis. I am Anna, the first of the proud commentators of Felix:) Congrats on the launch 🚀 I was working 10 years also like a hired CEO in one business product. We worked successfully, but with time we saw that our employees were burning out. We hired HR consultant and only than I understood the term "Psychological safety" Nobody wanted to share their thoughts and feelings with HR-consultant. They were afraid and not confident in security. Felix is a great tool to avoid this problem and also avoid the burning out.
