Feedback Navigator

Hey Hunters, I've built Feedback Navigator from a quick weekend project where I helped a friend quickly analyze hundreds of open ended survey answers. I thought this could be turned into a more polished product to allow companies to quickly gather and analyze all their existing customer feedback with AI. You can fetch Google Maps, TrustPilot, AirBnb, Booking, Tripadvisor or Yelp reviews automatically. There is also an option to upload a CSV or use a simple API to get your data in. I have also built in a simple webhook implementation that you can use to for example trigger a Zapier integration when new review is analyzed. For each space, you can define custom set of categories to be detected in the feedback. On top of basic categorization and sentiment analysis, Feedback Navigators also detects customer requests and issues (bugs) automatically.
