Ever since I started working in hot French startups, hiring and onboarding has been a daily task. It definitely is a nice problem to have - nothing better than offer great career opportunities to other! However, the Onboarding is extremely time consuming for people managers. Getting the objectives through, helping the new team members understand the complexity of the organisation, get all information in one place - each task is crucial for the success of your new hire. And each task can be done in a more productive way -> with a smartly organised shared space between the manager and the new team member. I initially built the HUB based on my experience with new hires.
