If I'm understanding correctly this means my iphone can become a scanner? This is awesome! I'm frequently having to scan things like field trip permission forms for my kids- i am currently doing that with an old school clunker of a printer- saving the file and then emailing it- if i could do that with my phone it would be way better! Very cool.

Yes, you can use your iPhone as your scanner to scan the documents which would be instantly available in the Doc Scanner Mac app. You have to sign in with same iCloud account on both devices and be connected with a Wi-Fi network. Doc Scanner for Mac not only comes with the capability to turn your iPhone into a scanner but also allows you to e-sign, OCR, translate, share, upload to cloud services and do much more.
