Sharing DeepWiki from Cognition Labs, the team behind Devin. It acts like "Deep Research for GitHub", an AI platform that automatically generates documentation you can talk to for GitHub repositories.
Understanding large or unfamiliar codebases can be a huge time sink. DeepWiki tackles this by using AI to analyze the entire repo structure, content, and even commit history, then generating hierarchical wiki pages.
One really neat trick for access: just replace "github" with "deepwiki" in any public repo URL to jump straight to its DeepWiki page.
It's incredibly useful for quickly getting up to speed on new projects or navigating complex code.
