A lot of Clubhouse Invite scams were taking place or even sold for $1000+ on Ebay. Innocent people were getting scammed with their hard earned money while Elon Musk and others joined Clubhouse App. More such scams will take place when Kanye West or BTS joins. Thus I decided to create a Pay-It forward train for Clubhouse App Invites. How does Clubhouse App Invite train work? As we get CLUBHOUSE invites, we share with other supporters on invite chain. Simple So far we have onboarded 800+ new CH members from 50+ countries using this and many more each day. I manage everything using a google sheet, whatsapp group, buymeacoffee and zapier. @felix_josemon So happy you did this. I give Clubhouse invites away all of time. i don't understand why everyone perceives them as precious. I get every two week three free invite and share them with who ever asks. I onboarded the other half of my school using the same train principle and being hyped myself.

@design4founders well. Everyone on the train got in to CH. None of the members ran away with their invites. We build a trusted community, optimised the process and system. Every week, CH adds more invites to those joined in. Many come back and share more spare invites back to train even if they don't have to. Everyone is happy in paying it forward and helping one another as I mentioned on medium post. update: No one gets paid to invite next person, I think that’s what made a few confused and call it as pyramid scheme on comments here. We are about to cross 1000 supporters! yay!

@felix_josemon people sign up and get paid by others who previously signed up. It breaks the credibility model of Clubhouse by allowing people who don't know each other to invite each other to the app. Thus when I look at any of the profiles of people who join through this system, and I look at who invited them, that becomes an unreliable reference to evaluate the person.

@chrismessina It'll be impossible for someone to get on app if they don't know if someone they know is on the app (+ limited invites per person is another bummer). In those case they would be on the waiting list until the app is launch to public (no ETA on that yet) or when their turn comes in (take months). No one wish to miss Elon Musk, Kanye, Putin and other interesting conversations on app right? However, with limited number of invites per person, It would be impossible to invite all on contact list even if someone wants to. Moreover, people I spoke with said invite chains are possible and encouraged (couldn't think of a better way, no one was doing it so I started one). We build a healthy community that knows each other, who had the heart to pay it forward to next one in the line. It's one of the most fun experience I am having on this pandemic. Hope I am making sense.
So... Your selling an Invite to your "invitation chain"? That's not paying it forward, that's just paying you for an invite.
