Bugsee was a helpful tool for video-based bug reporting and understanding the steps that led to crashes, especially in mobile apps. However, as our needs expanded—like tracking backend service health and consolidating public review analysis—we found ourselves managing multiple tools in parallel while incurring exponential cost.
