so does this bot index website and docs to form the basis for answers or is it just a automated support chat?

@simon_s_j Yes sure. You can upload a CSV or JSON file containing relevant answers to the chatbot and the chatbot can add it into your website. This article provides further explanation. https://medium.com/@botcircuits/...
