@ka23a Small confession: we are using Boardview ourselves (of course ;-) and are using the Startup Metrics Template to run our own business. Even suppliers add and update goals for 100% transparency and commitment.
I'm really intrigued by this. I can see how it would be beneficial. My barrier to entry is that uploaded my marketing plan into it feels like it'd be a lot of work and I don't want to spend a bunch of time doing that then not have other team members use it and it not be useful.
@katie_weiler We definitely want you to be less busy administrating and more focused on achieving success. Delegating goals is the answer you are looking for. Make success a team effort! And make it an iterative process. We recommend you start with your team first in a one hour session and fill in the titles of the goals together. Structure how goals connect and how one result contributes to another. It’s a great discussion and fun doing. Then make team members owner of specific goals and let the owners fill in the next level of detail for the next session! Commitment on achievements will grow, team members will be more engaged and you will not spend a bunch of time uploading your marketing plan. This is just a handful of tips. I like the 1,2.3 step basis of this - really powerful software made simple - great! The visuals are a big help to me as well --- good to get a global view at a glance. Going to try this out asap.
