I started using Bit.ai a few months ago to organize my internal knowledge base and client-facing documents, and it’s been a game-changer. The best part is how easy it is to embed rich media like videos, PDFs, charts, etc., right into a doc. It looks super professional without needing any design skills. I recommended it to my team also, and they love the collaboration features like commenting, real-time editing, and mentions. It feels like Google Docs, but way more modern and structured. Plus, having everything organized in workspaces and folders makes it easier to manage than tools like Notion or Dropbox Paper (which we’ve tried in the past). We especially use it for client proposals and SOPs, and the ability to track views with smart links has actually helped us follow up more effectively. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, user-friendly alternative to the big, bloated platforms.
