Which countries are you targeting to start with?
How will you handle time zones? How do you handle consumer privacy and security given your accessing their private network? Do you have a preferred network setup to administer more effectively or does anything go?

- We're primarily focused on growth in the US (we are talking with partners in UK and Israel)
- We're quickly building out our team to provide support 24/7. Right now it's more like 6am-9pm PST (to cover US time time zones)
- Our compliance and security are optimized to the highest industry standards. We cover specifics in T/Cs, but really our Members can rest easy knowing their data and billing details are secure.
- We certainly have recommended setups but do not work with anyone specifically. We like being impartial, so that our suggestions are in the Members' best interest!
Clever timing – the only thing holding me back from buying more gadgets for my parents is knowing that I'm going to be their on-call IT for the next month. Should bundle this with the product purchase :)
