Hello guys,
I started having issues with my posture and back pain 2 year ago, and I didn't know whats the cause of my pain,
until earlier this year, I had enough of the pain, it started having real impact on my productivity,
I couldn't sit and work for more than 30 minutes without getting all sorts of pain in my back.
That's when I started researching about my problems, and I learned a lot along the way.
So I curated a list of the most common issues people get due to sitting for too long.
