Hey Brian! I really love this initiative. It's great to see companies like Zappos going out of their way to help out, however they can.

This is true to the values in Delivering Happiness one of the first books I read as a first time founder 👏

With all the changes and new realities emerging in the world we at Zappos have been experimenting w/ways to leverage our customer loyalty team to help people. This is one idea of a bunch emerging at Zappos, the purpose of this effort was to be able to leverage a large team of trained service minded people to help w/the plethora of questions people have these days. We have realized that our agents may be best served in these times of change by helping people cope and find answers.
