  • Review length

  • Review language

  • Keywords

and the actions:

  • Reply with a random template from a folder

  • Reply with a random template (with AI Rephrase)

  • Reply with a random template (with AI Translate into the language of user review)

  • Generate AI reply with custom instructions (tone of voice, include specific keywords, DOs and DON'Ts

  1. Spell out emails in Reply templates (canned responses) when using "Reply with template from folder" response method, as in "Hi! Thank you for your feedback... Please reach out to help@appreply.co for further assistance."

  2. Add it as an instruction for AI (screenshot attached - make sure to navigate to /automations page):
