How does the AI handle bug complaints about the new feature, given that there are no corresponding past responses?

Spell out emails in Reply templates (canned responses) when using "Reply with template from folder" response method, as in "Hi! Thank you for your feedback... Please reach out to help@appreply.co for further assistance."
Add it as an instruction for AI (screenshot attached - make sure to navigate to /automations page):
