Super slow in fetching new review, up to 24 hours. It's useless if you are want to reduce the average response time to a few hours. The average response time they show it's only relative to the time they see the review. I guess frequent chron jobs are too expensive for them.
Being able to automatically send out responses to our Android apps greatly cuts down on hours needed for us to spend time to respond to reviews. Having folders with multiple responses makes it easy for us to not sound repetitive in our replies
well, it was pretty easy to integrate and more easier to manage reviews at scale. Especially, if you work in team - it's the best way to handle such task. Worth it!
I did a little testing with the team. We managed to answer a few hundred people in a very short time and that's was impressive. Antonio, thanks for your feedback. Our auto-reply rules fetch reviews directly from Google Play API every 10 minutes, just as we communicated that via support chat. Most new user reviews get response within 5-10 minutes after review was posted.
The manual reviews feed is currently in beta and it displays only publicly available reviews which become publicly roughly after 24 hours.
