Hey all! We are thrilled to introduce a centralized workhub powered by your inbox to help you and your team get things done. The magic of Alltum is how we utilize email to power projects, tasks, relationships, and more. We are a collaborative platform, so the more teammates you add, the better the results! Clients have described us as “Superhuman meets Monday.com”. Big picture, here's a glimpse of what's possible: 🔥 Speed → blaze through your work with dedicated hotkeys (“Shift + /” to bring up the menu) 🧠 AI → AI driven email summaries (live) and email drafting (coming in 2 weeks!) 💼 Triage → mark emails as triaged to let your coworkers know that you’ve taken care of them 🧩 One-Stop-Shop → create & assign tasks natively from an email 🌍 Context → every email and task will show pertinent linked items 📅 Meeting Scheduler → Alltum includes a meeting link scheduler (think Calendly) More specifically, here are some product details! 2 minute plug & play setup! Compatible with both Outlook & Gmail Connect your video provider of choice (Zoom, Teams, Meet) Alltum serves as your inbox, project mgmt, and shared smart address book We recommend viewing the app on desktop with 80% browser zoom. Unfortunately, we are not mobile friendly yet! Alltum does not store any of your email body data. We're so excited for you all to try this and we can't wait to hear your feedback and suggestions! Alltum is free to try for 30-days and as a thank you to our early adopters via Product Hunt, Alltum is available for $5/mo for life with the code: 5PH23! If you’d like to schedule a 15 minute onboarding call, feel free to do so with one of our team members: Jamie’s schedule: https://schedule.nylas.com/alltu... @jamie_kopp Great work on the launch and I think your logo is great btw. Could you share some of the things you learned during development? For example did any particular feature seem difficult to build? Thanks!
Jamie Kopp
@chris_robinson10 Thank you for the kind words on the logo! I think our biggest takeaway during development was how big an effort it would be to build a full email client that has all of the necessary features from Gmail/Outlook. Tackling email complexity on the whole is a large effort :)

Hi! It's Zach, one of the other creators of Alltum. I wanted to share some FAQs we prepared. Thanks so much for trying out the product! - I have a bug or don’t understand a feature. What should I do? There is a Bug / Feedback button on the top right of Alltum’s app. Otherwise, please contact support@alltum.io and we’ll be happy to answer your question right away! - How can I navigate between views? Use the sidebar on the left side of the screen to navigate between the Emails, Meetings, Projects, Tasks, and Contacts views. - How do I create a project? Navigate to the Projects view using the sidebar on the left and click the purple “New Project” button. A pop up will appear with instructions to fill out. - What is a Project? What will it allow me to do? Projects are similar to folders in traditional email but they allow you to do much more. For instance, you can assign a list of counterparties and checkpoints to a project. Then, you can view the status of each counterparty on your project from the Tracker tab within the Project View. From the Emails, Tasks, and Files tabs within the Project View, you can look at data that’s just relevant to your project. In the future, we’ll have powerful functionality to automatically update your tracker, automatically associate emails with the correct project and counterparty, and much more! - What does each field mean when setting up a project? When creating a project, you have the option to fill out relevant fields like Name, Client, Description, Admins, and Team Members. Currently, users can only see emails associated with a project if they originally received the email. Coming soon, we’ll have the ability to easily share any project-related email with your team members! Additionally, you can fill out keywords for the project so that Alltum will automatically sort emails into the relevant Project. This functionality is not yet live, but it’s coming soon! - How do I create a Task from an email? To add a task to an email, first click “Add Project” at the top of your email to associate that email with a project. Then, Click “Add Task” at the top of the email or highlight any text in the body of the email to create your task. Currently, tasks can only be created on emails assigned to projects, but we’ll expand this functionality soon! - How do I update a task? Navigate to the Tasks view using the sidebar to see your Tasks and their associated Projects. Click on a task to see its context, add comments, and change its Stage. Or, you can change the Stage by clicking into the Stage column. - How do I create a scheduler link? From either the Emails or Meetings views, click the Scheduler button in the top right. Then, create a scheduling page. (Users can create as many scheduling pages as they wish!) From here, follow the prompts to generate a shareable link to your calendar where anyone can book times. - What AI features does Alltum have? When viewing an email, click “Summarize with AI” to view the key takeaways! And, coming soon, we’ll be adding functionality to draft emails from a prompt. - My emails are showing up too small. Is there a fix for this? Yes. If your email view is partially cutoff, try setting the browser zoom to 80%. This is a pesky bug that we’re still fixing, so you’ll be able to use 100% zoom soon!
