I think most people hate meetings because formal meetings tend to take up a lot of time and generate more work than they do to help you get things done. People usually leave meetings with a long list of to-do's, which is both stressful and overwhelming - and that creates a severe aversion to meetings! Thanks to technology, modern meetings are being transformed into an environment where people can actually get work done. This tool allows you to execute actionable items right then and there. At my company, we use this technology, and since doing so, we've seen less hatred of meetings. Personally, I also hate it when the meetings I attend have bad lighting and unclear objectives!
