Aioly is AI-powered short video app but just for food. Swipe through the latest food trends, ask AI what and where to eat, or connect with people over a meal. Don’t eat alone. create or join invites to eat together. Discover food and connect over food.
Why We Built Aioly
Most of the time, we don’t know exactly what we want to eat. We end up spending too much time scrolling through Google Maps or Yelp. Yelp old-fashioned, and Google Maps only helps if you already know what you're looking for. But food discovery shouldn’t be this hard.
It should feel more like going to a mall—you’re not sure what you want when you walk in, but the moment you see something special, you just know.
Or maybe you’d ask a foodie friend for a recommendation instead.
That’s where the idea for Aioly came from.
Discover Food Like You Scroll TikTok
Aioly brings the latest user behavior trends to food discovery. Instead of reading long reviews, you swipe through short videos of dishes, just like you would on TikTok or Instagram Reels. When something catches your eye, that’s your next meal.
This is how Gen Z discovers everything—and they’re sticking with it. We believe food discovery should match that behavior.
Ask Ai, Get Instant Recommendations
You can also just ask Aioly. Our AI is fine-tuned on millions of dishes and restaurant data, so it understands even the most specific or complex requests.
For example:
“Find a ramen spot near Union Square with Tesla charging and a grocery store nearby.”
Connect Over Food
Eating out alone can be boring and awkward. It’s not always easy to ask someone, “Want to grab a meal together?”
Now imagine you’re traveling—say, a European visiting San Francisco. You want to meet local people but don’t know how to initiate or you want to try local food but but don’t want to sit alone. Dating apps aren’t built for that.
That’s where Aioly comes in.
Post an invite, like “Join me for dinner tonight in San Francisco,” and let others request to join—or join an existing invite.
Or browse nearby users who are open to connecting over food.
It’s friendly. And it makes eating out feel a little more human.
Overall, we’re building a community that uses the latest trends to help people discover food and connect over food.
This isn’t just a simple app someone coded overnight. We’ve spent over a year building Aioly with care and purpose. The beta version is live now, and we have exciting features on the way—like creator monetization, tagging food items for sale, and powerful AI tools built specifically for food.
Check it out—and stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
I just checked it out. Amazing app. I liked the AI and finding people to eat together. I am available to eat out tomorrow. Who is in?
