This sounds so cool and helps those who can't afford doing consistent therapy! I love this idea of of making therapy more affordable. Any future plans?

@angeli_ Thanks! Definitely, the plan is to build a web app that lets anyone do a full, personalized course of CBT. Basically trying to software-ize the CBT process as much as possible + provide motivation (kind of like Duolingo but less casual).

@angeli_ @camacrain Great idea, I think many public health care systems would be interested in this idea as well.

@angeli_ @ahmed_gaber4 Thanks! Would definitely love to help bolster public health care. The status quo for treating mental illness is pretty terrible.

@ahmed_gaber4 @camacrain Agree! Great initiative and I can see gen-z finding this very useful as well.

I've had an anxiety disorder since I was a kid but never had the money to do consistent therapy. It didn't even occur to me that you could do cognitive behavioural therapy on your own until I found a book about it recently. That book has helped me a ton and it got me really excited about the possibilities of software-guided therapy, so I built this little experiment to start learning about it! I hope you find it useful. Would love to hear about your experiences with anxiety and/or therapy! If you don't feel comfortable sharing in the comments, shoot me a dm on twitter @camacrain 🙂
