These indicators include, but are not limited to, the following: PRs containing risky commits, having an excessive number of changed files, being merged without proper review, remaining open longer than expected, containing numerous follow-on commits (those made in response to reviewer comments), and involving a large volume of code changes, among others. By monitoring these indicators, we can proactively identify areas of concern and address them before they become significant problems.
