I've ridden a couple of startup rollercoasters - and learned a ton along the way. One lesson I've learned is that a great company culture is tough to build and easy to erode. Transparency and accountability are often lost in the frantic scramble to scale. WatchDog is a tool for companies with a great culture and accountable leadership, who want to maintain those values as they scale. By empowering employees with anonymous tools, and anchoring company culture on transparency, we're more likely to stay true to our company's core values. I built WatchDog to make that easier.
