It's a interesting and useful. But what happens if real spammers start using your service to improve their spam delivery? How do you distinguish spam campaigns?

Great question @stefan_smiljkovic! 😊 Actually, we are monitoring our user base thanks to our audit blacklist feature (IP, domain, DNS Settings, etc.): if a user have a really bad deliverability score, and/or trigger some alert on our dashboard, we instantly ban him ❌ We set up limit of sending volume of warm-up emails to prevent being use by spammers that send ten of thousands of emails per day. Our tool is more dedicated and designed for cold emails, email marketers, HR teams, etc. We take a great care about this issue to preserve our 10.000 inboxes private network, and make sure to maintain the most efficient service possible! 😊

Do we warm up our email accounts with other real users or Warmbox bots? Congrats on the launch!

@ken_moo @ken_moo On the contrary to most of our competitors, we decided to not offer the easiest solution of warm-up between users (peer-to-peer) for many reasons: lack of privacy, data leak risks, deliverability issues (if a user has very bad deliverability it can affect negatively the rest of the network), security issues (if scammers or hackers are part of the peer-to-peer network), etc. On our side, the Warmbox warm-up is based on a 10.000 inboxes network with a mix of ESPs (Email Service Providers). We are changing this mix based on deliverability report that we got weekly. And take great care of it 😉 It allows us to offer some of the best deliverability results around because we are able to reproduce realistic human activity! @arthur_p I'm not an expert in this field. But I have heard that peer-to-peer warm ups are supposed to be better because it's natural. If all your bots are coming from the same IP or provider, that could be a problem too. Other than that, I hear the benefits that you have mentioned, and agree with you :)

@ken_moo Actually it's working until that peer-to-peer networks are flooded by people with bad practices, and in addition of all privacy leaks, it can hurt really badly your deliverability (you and your luck 😅 but as a company it can be better to not rely on this). This is why we offer a constantly checked & improved network of +10.000 private inboxes, from different email service providers, from +100 countries, aged from 2 weeks to 15 years and using different sending IPs. One advantage of a private network is also to be able to custom the mix depending on the needs of the users (Enterprise).

@ken_moo @arthur_p so real humans interacting is bad and can hurt you but bot network is good, right... Till large mailbox providers can detect and distinguish bot activity from real people, just matter of time it seems.

For now, it's clearly efficient and even almost dead inbox can be recovered progressively but I totally agree, it's can happen clearly (😼 & 🐭)! It's why a permanent renewed, checked & updated network is needed. And to always bring smart rules & features (as for example office hours sending time, timezone, custom templates, etc). Cold emails tool are using the same kind of sending methods and they are used massively. One others advantage with a private network it's the ability to offer a fully custom mix only for an Email provider (Enterprises plan), to increase the deliverability on one specific level & provider. But there is also few really good humans networks with a great mix but unfortunately not a lot, mainly because of the critical users-mass needed & the monitoring tasks hard to do: find people with bad behaviour among others without the ability to monitore the inbox, etc (and the mix is not customized usually). In that case the risk is privacy and some people joined us because of this. But again, I agree with you. We are starting with this but our goal in our journey it's to create a global deliverability tool, to help people to reach the inbox. It's why we also created an Email Spam Checker (totally free inside Warmbox.ai, some monitoring features & compelete guides to help our users to fix most of the deliverability issues that they can meet: IP & Domain blacklist checker, Domain Authentification (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) to avoid spoofing, etc. and also an inbox insight checker (beta) - to detect in which email provider you are landing in spam for example etc. Our goal will be to develop new features around this space, but it's only the beginning :)
