Hi all, I'm Arthur and I developped Wander with my twin brother and a friend during my last year in Fench ingeneering school. Wander serves as a real-time event distribution hub that consolidates events from numerous ticketing partners and makes them accessible through an API. The platform centralizes information on a diverse array of events, including concerts, shows, and exhibitions, sourced from providers such as FnacSpectacles, Ticketmaster, Fever, and many others. Wander offers businesses and developers straightforward access to these events through its API, enabling them to integrate events into their own applications or systems. Finally, Wander facilitates earnings for its partners by granting them a commission on every ticket sale, establishing a collaborative revenue-sharing model. This method empowers our clients to utilize up-to-date event informations and benefit from its financial opportunities. For a bit of background, Wander was originally an app that allowed its users to discover all the events happening around them through an intuitive map and feed that you can find on our website by clicking on "Discover our catalogue".

Great idea, folks! Just downloaded the app and have a few questions and comments: 1. Do you share revenue with ticketing platforms or event organizers? 2. Do you provide ticketing services as well or is it only a discovery platform? 3. It seems app’s default language for a new user is French. Not sure if this was on purpose but I suggest you onboard new users in English and show them the events happening closest their location to increase the conversion. When I opened the app it was fully in French and was showing me the events in France (I don’t live in France) 4. For events where you need to choose a date/session, the user does that in your platform and does it again in the ticketing platform. I wonder if it’s necessary to get users to that in yours. Feels like it’s only adding friction. Maybe you can only show the available dates? All in all looks like a great app! Thanks for working on this!

@pinar Thank you very much for your comments ! :) 1. We have contracts with ticketing platforms that pay us a commission on each sale. The ticket price remains the same for the user. 2. For now, it is simply a platform for discovering events, but we would like to eventually offer a ticketing service to enhance the user experience by avoiding redirection. It represents a big challenge. 3. I completely understand your point, and I agree that this is what should ideally be done. However, we are currently primarily integrating events in France and its neighboring countries. We are currently developing our integrations to reach more countries. 4. In reality, the user is not required to select a date before being redirected to the partner platform, but we did include selectable buttons on our site, which can be confusing. The idea was simply to display the available dates. Need to work on the UI ! Thanks again for your support !

@viorica_vanica I never work without him, he handles the frontend while I take care of the backend ! We’re not integrating webinars at the moment, as the experience is highly localized on a map, making their integration more complex.
