Hi everyone! I'm excited to share some exciting news about Visible Hands. My co-founders and I built Visible Hands on the premise that inclusion improves innovation. We know that there are many exceptional people from marginalized identities who would make great founders. However, not everyone has the financial safety net, social networks, or resources needed to take that leap into entrepreneurship. This is why Visible Hands comes in at the earliest, most formative stages of company-building. From September to December of this year, we are holding a 14-week, full-time virtual-first fellowship to support underrepresented talent in launching high-growth technology companies. We provide each fellow in our cohort with company-building services and meaningful funding. Fellows receive a $25k investment upon admission to help cover company and living expenses for the duration of the program. At the end of the 14 weeks, fellows will have the opportunity to pitch to our Investment Advisory Committee for additional funding of up to $175k.
