👋 Hey Product Hunt! I built this over a weekend (2.5 days) because I saw a friend struggling to make a rugby short. Cropping the video and setting key frames looked annoying, so I coded something up. I think this could be particularly useful for horizontal sport highlights for TikTok, Instagram Stories, and YouTube Shorts. 🎯 **What makes it unique:** • Uses state-of-the-art SAM2 AI for intelligent subject tracking • Automatically keeps your subject centered while cropping • No video editing skills required, just click and process • Perfect for sports highlights 🚀 **What I'm most proud of:** The tracking algorithm is incredibly smooth, it doesn't just crop blindly, it actually understands where the important content is and follows it throughout the video.
