Thanks @matic_uzmah1 for hunting! Hey Makers 👋 Earlier this year, we asked founders what their biggest challenges were around raising investment for their company. It turns out there were 3 main hurdles 1) The investment landscape is opaque. It’s difficult to find the info you need and who to talk to. 2) Typical cold outbound, applications, LinkedIn doesn’t really work. 3) Not knowing who can intro you to the right person That’s why we’ve built Ventroduce - a free resource to support SaaS founders raising their first, or next rounds of investment (with the great @alextheuma ) Companies joining Ventroduce get access to: - A fundraising platform to showcase their company - Introductions to investors made by our team - An Investor Index to get venture insights on SaaS-focused funds - Requestable intros to your shortlist of Investors (coming soon!) This platform will never be like the Pitchbook and Crunchbase’s of the world. They do great things for the ecosystem and definitely have a place. But.. the purpose of this is investment. Profiles and companies on Ventroduce will only ever be available to pre-vetted investors who actively deploy capital in SaaS. SaaS is thriving and the mission of this product is to help further drive that virtuous cycle in the ecosystem.
