Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Evan, co-founder of Vairo.ai. We're building a platform that gives every business the power of a full-stack finance team—without the overhead.
Vairo is designed to behave like you hired five finance analysts working 24/7. These agents mimic a real team, where you can not just ask questions or request reports, but also assign tasks and delegate responsibilities. These agents learn your business—its goals, strengths, and weaknesses—and work with you to drive growth.
Each agent focuses on a specific area of finance—revenue, cash flow, expenses, etc.—and continuously monitor the data in their domain. They autonomously surface risks, flag anomalies, and bring strategic opportunities to light before you even think to ask.
We built Vairo because financial analysis is often an afterthought for SMBs—it’s too time-consuming for leadership and too expensive to hire experts. We wanted more than just a tool. We wanted something that actually takes work off your plate—where AI agents don’t just respond to prompts, but act proactively, intelligently prioritizing what matters most to your business.
We’re still early and have lots to build but excited to show you what we've got—and we’d love your feedback as we keep developing. Drop us your thoughts, use cases, or ideas—we’re here for all of it. 🙏
Huge thanks to my co-founder Ryan and everyone who helped us get here! Cheers. 🍻
@bobby_johnas Thanks Bobby! We use a semantic model, ontology map, and verified queries to solve for accuracy. This helps our LLMs map to the correct data - editing or executing existing SQL rather than building complex SQL from scratch (which can be prone to errors).
Sounds like a great solution for SMBs that lack dedicated finance teams. Are there plans to integrate with popular accounting or ERP software to streamline data flows? @evan_caracciolo
@rachitmagon Thanks Rachit - appreciate the note! Yes, currently we're live with a QuickBooks integration. In the coming weeks we will be adding Netsuite, Xero, and Sage followed by Stripe, Shopify, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
Looks super cool. How do you ensure high accuracy?
