Hey @ubuntu! 😀 It's great to hear that you're excited about our weekly subscriptions, and thanks for taking the time to leave a message! With regards to sourcing, over the past couple of years we've established direct friendships with farmers in Colombia and Brazil. We're also working closely with a couple of partners who specialise in Ecuadorean and East African coffees. With these contacts we can reach far and wide when it comes to sourcing coffee that is not only delicious, but also traceable. All of the coffees we're sourcing have a cup score of 80+, classing them as specialty according to the Specialty Coffee Association. With each coffee we release, we aim to make sure it's different from the one before it, so that our subscribers get to experience a whole range of different flavours, as well as plant varieties and processing methods. 🍓🍑🍫 Each coffee will ship in a clear reusable/recyclable pouch, and come with a small postcard that includes photos and information about where the coffee has come from. @jameswilliamr Nice!! You're 5 steps ahead already ;) Love the socially conscious aspect...today consumers are smarter than ever & want to know exactly what they are getting. So brilliant! My only other question is regarding your branding...some of the things you mentioned above should be conveyed throughout the website. So adding content about the farmers, how you're sourcing, images of the clear reusable/recyclable pouches etc... All of these pieces sell your story and create repeat clientele which fits your business model. Every touchpoint they encounter should fit your branding.
