Many project management tools are overly complicated and fail to facilitate collaboration among users. They overwhelm users with a plethora of features that require a significant learning curve. These tools also focus too much on to-do lists and bureaucratic processes, taking away from the actual work. As a result, users become frustrated and waste time navigating the software instead of focusing on their tasks.
My co-founders and I have tried to imagine a different way of working together. We aimed to design a platform that doesn't require a kanban, to-dos, or anything similar that enforces a hand-off method and results in isolated, delegated work, often leading to impostor syndrome. Instead, we wanted to encourage collaborative work where problems can be solved together, yet also leaving enough room for individuals to act as "managers of one", allowing them to organize their own work without the need for micromanagement. I'd describe it as a project management approach for grown-ups.
Hi team. Congratulations!
Some questions:
1) What is your monetisation model?
2) Do you use it for your own team?
3) What does "live chat" mean?
I like such tools for organising routine work, so +1 to the idea and realisation. Also the website and the concept are clear enough, but I think only email is not good for getting touch
@anna_kasumova, thank you for the support and constructive feedback.
Here's my response to your questions:
1) We're currently in a phase where we're exploring this problem with the broader public in order to get a sense of the demand, and how well the product might serve people. Given that, we haven't set the monetization model yet, though we have some ideas.
2) Since we don't have the solution built yet, we don't use it effectively in our team. However, we apply a workaround solution using a couple of different tools, which serves us as a prototype upon which we're building this product.
3) Live chat is a multi-channel instant messaging tool similar to WhatsApp but for the team only.
Hope I covered your questions. Feel free to follow up if you have additional ones.
Also, can you share a bit more about your feedback "I like such tools for organizing routine work". Like, what kind of routine work that would be? Do you consider it more as individual or team work? Thanks!
