I am thrilled to be here.
We started working on Traek.io last year. It started because of the problems we were facing as an IT company with a website-driven business. We realized that 98% of our visitors are not contacting us.
No matter how much we spend on SEO or other traffic-gathering mediums, we would end up losing 98% users of the total traffic. It always bothered us as it is too much to lose.
Also, we had no idea why this traffic was going, how to communicate with them, how we could understand their behavior, and how can we retain visitors to our website.
Traek.io came into our minds to solve many of our website traffic-related problems, which evolved into much more when we launched this tool for user trials. Users came up with many problems, and we dealt with them individually to achieve something that every website owner must have.
