Top Nine for web

Hi Product Hunt!! We’re launching the 2022 version of Top Nine. For those who don’t know, it’s “just a” collage generator with your Top Nine Instagram moments (posts & reels) of 2022. We launched the first version in 2016. Since then, every December, millions of users, influencers, and celebrities share their Top Nine. Every year, our app reaches the #1 spot of the App Store. And each year the trend gets even bigger. We owe a lot of that to the product hunt community and to @chrismessina, who hunted the first version of Top Nine. The first version made it to the PH newsletter. I don’t think the PH community is interested in Top Nine anymore, but I’m still launching it on here for visibility. We’re not doing any PR efforts, as we’re focused on CreatorKit.com and our upcoming AI features. So maybe launching here helps. And PR is super important for Top Nine. Trend got too big, so many clones appeared. Some just want to sell a better service, which I love (it's a simple collage maker!) 🚨But we know of at least one clone being used to steal user’s passwords🚨 We got many users emailing us with accounts hacked thinking they were using us. That's another reason why we still maintain Top Nine, Google knows we are the creators of the trend, and that’s that's why we are #1 for the keywords. We also enjoy building products used by millions, but if we stop maintaining Top Nine, a clone will be #1 for the millions of searches. Top Nine is covered by news outlets every year. They do it to get millions of views for the keywords. But they also help keep people safe, as it helps people find us as the legitimate creators of the trend. Product Hunt also helps with that.
